Production process
Continuous galvanizing process: The rolled steel sheet is continuously immersed in a molten zinc bath to make a galvanized steel sheet.
Alloy galvanizing process: It is manufactured by hot dip method. The steel sheet is immediately heated to about 500℃ after leaving the bath to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.
